Certainly one of the best. He can throw it with both hands effectively, has a good amount of power to it..... but the most important factor is timing. An uppercut is very hard to land, but because his timing is so fantastic, he does so quite often.
He clearly has the quickest and most precise. His opponents cant see it coming because it is so lightning quick and accurate.
