Yes Mosley loked terrible in his last two fights. And no doubt he will always lose to a boxer prepared to dance around the ring with slick defense.

But with Manny, a come forward fighter who leaves himself open alot to be hit.

And with Shane still having good hand speedif you watch his recent training clips.

The fact that Shane still has a good chin, and can throw combos, and the fact that if margarito could land on Manny, than shane surely will.

Am i clutching at straws here. Is this gonna be a one sided painful beatdown. or does Mosely have a slight chance.

    Thoughts?

Mosley doesn't punch back when he is getting punched at.
    Not even against mayweather.

I dont think it will be a beat down! Well I hope not!

Mosley does stand a chance there will come a stage were Manny has gone to far and he will loose! Will that be Mosley? Well he is good enough!

Mosley has the power to cause a massive upset but thats if he can contain the speed and power of Manny! IF he can do that and its a big IF and land massive BOMBS very early then yes he could win by KO!

IF Mosley is not 100% and 95% wont cut it he will loose and loose big!

i don't really see manny as a "come forward" fighter...he fights best at mid-range...move in (where's lampley when you need him?) bam bam bam, back out of the way

the fact that pac's greatest asset is his fast feet, it spell serious trouble for a guy like shane

we saw what sugar can do to a guy who is there to be hit (margo) and what happens when he can't hit (floyd, heck, mora for that matter)

he will basically have to catch pac, which is possible, but he will have to catch and finish, and that, i don't think is possible

but hey, you never know, crazier **** has happened

If you watch the fights where Pacquiao got hurt in, both Marquez fights and the one Morales fight, Pacquiao takes for cover when he's getting outpunched......
......so even if Mosley were to nail and stun Pacquiao....Pacquiao does use his feet to get out of harms way and clear his head.

The one thing I'd like to see Mosley try and he can do well, is to focus from the very start at Pacquiao's midsection.

Mosley's plan from the very start should be to nail Pacquiao with a hard body shot every time he gets close enough.
Pacquiao does'nt like it to the body, and if Mosley can somehow very early have Pacquiao hesitant to let his hands loose because Mosley is landing that body shot, then Mosley would have a chance.

.......you've got to be a very patient fighter to make that work for you however, and Mosley imo lacks in the dicipline imo even in his prime to fight a focused diciplined fight.

"Stick to the gameplan"....I dont believe Mosley will. He will headhunt and play right into Pacquiao's hands.
Mosley's to old to win a fire fight against the Pacroid!

He has a chance for sure, is it a realistic chance ?
    No its not.
I see a brutal beating comming for shane, and you could even see him quit the fight after 8 rounds.
I see nothing that shane can do.
Hi one and only chance is a clean Knock out.
He is slower than pac, he doesnt have the work rate to compete, and he doesnt have the fitness.
This is his last big pay day.
He deserves it, he was a great fighter, but this is a fight to far for shane.

None. He was a beast a year ago. Now, he's an impotent wreck with no chin, no skill, no punching power and shitty hair.

The biggest problem will be getting Manny to stand still so he can engage.

i think foot speed is the key here. and whether mosley can land a one punch KO on Manny. because even if he stuns manny, he is good at getting out of trouble.
Manny will be winning every round with Mosley having his moment that will be few and far between. I actually see this looking alot like Manny DeLaHoya, with it eventually being stopped,
