Defo. They weren't bad fights that they had then. It would have been a great brawl if it was a pre-McClellan Benn and a younger Collins. Although I think Benn would have pulled off a win.:yep

Both man! nah i got issues... i was and still and am a huge fan of G-man and I was 16 y.o old and watch my new fave fighter beaten half to death.

lets just say i don't watch Benn fights.

Love this vid, Benn ****ing hated Eubank back in the day, I think they're pretty good friends now though.

Yeah the benn eubank fights were what got me into boxing back in the day. Still gutted benn didn't get decision in 2nd fight! Though not watched it since live, it might have been a decent decision, was too young at time to bother with scoring n fair results n that - just though the guy i liked deserved to win by default!

I haven't seen the 2nd fight but it seems to be widely accepted that Benn was robbed. Wasn't the winner meant to fight Nunn or Toney?

You're right about Shearer too. The scenes in and around the ground when we stayed up at their expense were a joy to watch.
