Why would they come out and call it a lie when Floyd just kept his quiet? It was not really a lie, was it? It is just an ace on the sleeves by Floyd. If Pac somehow agreed to the testing, that ace could have have been used.

The qyuestion is why Floyd keep insisting those when he never really explicitly agreed to those when the fightwas still on the rigt track?

Damn those courts, why the hell would they presume somebody as innocent until proven guilty. There is just no logic to that, right?

What the **** are you on about?

If Mayweather didn't agree to Pacquiao's demands then Arum would have been the first to mention it as part of the reason for the fight falling through instead of it all being down to testing.

Mayweather didn't discuss anything while negotiations were taking place, unlike Arum he didn't feel the need to play it out in the press everyday, that doesn't mean he didn't agree to Pacquiao's demands and I've seen no comments from Pacquiao's camp saying that Floyd didn't agree to the weight demands Manny put forward.

    Talk about clutching straws.

lol. You missed the point or you're trying to aviod it.

Pac and Floyd isn't a court of law scenairo. hence why i made the Scenario of the man an wife, an cases where you're not going to say 'innocent until proven guilty'

what you are doing is suggesting this is more like a murder case were one must find the murder weapon (proof of PED use), when in reality its a case where pac can easily prove he's innocent.

And I am the one missing the point?:lol:

There is so much sense to the "innocent until proven guilty" that it is even used in the juridical courts - a place that can mean life and death to people like you. But I guess that reasoning is not applicable to anything else, right? It is only in those weird courts that do not really count so much, right?

And your husband and wife story is a totally different scenario - the wife had good reasons to believe that the husband is up to something. What are Floyd's "good" reasons to believe that Pac is on PEDs? Don't you get it?

There is such a thing called HEMPPHOBIA, there are just people not comfortable with blood. Pac is one of them. This was proven in his first fight with Morales. How exactly can Pac easily "prove his innocence"? He already agreed to 24 days before fight time and right after the fight. Why is that not good enough?

    1. People who care about legacy more than cash which he already has enough of and if the blood testing really effects his body enough where his training would have to be stopped then its only gonna really increase the chances of him losing to Mayweather and why would he want to do that, when he doesn't need any more money, but can always improve his legacy.
2.He has taking many drug tests in his career and never failed one test, when has he not proving what he is doing is legit?

I believe that Pacquiao turned down upwards of $25 million because he truly believes that a few ml of blood will significantly weaken him.

Again, innocent until proven guilty isn't a blanket rule for all walks of life. You seem to awknowlegde that the Husband an wife scenario is different from Pac & Floyd but won't awknowlegde that Pac & Floyd case is different scenario from that of a court of law. Very Strange.

The most legitimate reason to suggest Pac is on PEDs is his association with a trainer who's fighters have tested positive for banned substances. That's the only real reason imo. (until he refused to be tested)

Your blood arguement is very weak seeing we seen Pac get blood drawn inside the 24 day cut of for both the Clottey fight and Hatton fight.

You obviously don't have a very open mind an you're abit of a selective reader, I'm a massive Pac fan btw an i just want to see him clean his name :good
