your missing the whole point of the proposal for blood testing.

The testing mayweather is proposing is not to catch pac cheating, it is to PREVENT him from cheating. (PREVENTION RATHER THAN DETECTION)

What ever they feel he is taking, they think it could be banned and undetectable via urine samples, so they dont want him taking it during training leading up to the fight.

The random blood testing is their reassurance that pac will not be stupid enough to take what he usually takes during camp and will be clean for the fight. And if he still does decide to take it, THEY FEEL, he is more likely to get caught. THIS IS ONLY THEIR OPINION.
