Pac has been past prime since after the Margarito fight. He never looked the same since. People called it 'a loss of killer instinct, motivation because of political career, and slower as a result' then.
He should have received a loss for JMM-Pac 3. He was slipping further.
He was then knocked out so brutally in JMM-Pac 4. Boxers don't recover from that.
He has close fights with Timothy Bradley who would have been eaten up if Pac was the same killer who demolished Cotto and Margarito.
Then, along with the shoulder injury too, he loses to Mayweather.

Bradley has a good chance against Pac. Pac is semi-shot. Being semi-shot doesn't necessarily mean 'rubbish'.

I don't go by training videos, only last bouts. Both Pac and May looked fairly shot in their fight. Just IMO.

Pac still has something in the tank, and I wouldn't say he's "completely shot," but he's clearly not in his best form any longer. He's also at "that age" in boxing. **** happens.

Didn't see him declining that much you are exaggerating guys. For once I think he looked great against Rios whatever problems Rios had before the fight. I see a close fight even if someone gets knocked out at the end. It's not out of the possibility for Bradley to catch him and hurt him to the body.

The actual version of Mike Tyson could look good punching an heavy bag. Thanks for nothing.

This time Bradley won't just hurt and stun Paquiao, this time he'll stop him.

His skills haven't depleted. His ability to take a punch has seemed to diminish ever since he was concussed by Ruslan.

    Rios wasn't a good gauge.

ATG's even while shot can still be dangerous to lower quality opponents. Look at Erik Morales. Fat, old, worn down and shot. And he almost KO'ed Maidana.

Yep...not sure why people are buying the Atlas engineered Bradley 2.0 hype. It's the same thing that happened with Cotto, everyone thought he was a fighter reborn under Freddie but the reality was he just lucked out and got two horribly diminished (both emotionally and physically) fighters that were on their last leg (pun intended), then they were all brought back down to earth with his poor effort against Canelo.

Bradley needs to be active for all 3 minutes of a round, if he can do that, he wins the fight.
