    The Mcquigan measuring stick says perhaps yes, but if he could somehow manage to beat Vit, for sure he would be, or if he captures a title down the road after Vit retires or something and has a decent run, then for sure he would.

    hell muther****iing NO! not even close, if he beats Vitali and strings together some decent defenses then yes but there's no way in hell he's winning more than a round vs Vitali so **** NO! Dawson schooled him at LHW and he barely beat Cunningham at cruiser and jumped to heavy without a rematch, unless he manages to become 3 weight champ and has a couple good defenses there's no way in hell he deserves it.

    Not yet. If he beats Vital hes got a better case. Seems like anybody can get in at this point thoigh.
