Toney would beat Mike now. I love Mike and thought he was great, but now his stamina and defense are not very existent. Mike would be hit clean and then he would get tired about round 4 or 5 and Toney would stop him in 7 or 8.

Tyson doesn't have the fire anymore.. it'd be for a paycheck and nothing else.

Pretty much everything after Holyfield was for a paycheck. Anyone who thought he'd beat Lewis in the state he was in during 02 is an idiot.

It's now been 5 years since his embarrassment that was the McBride fight.. and he's almost 44.

    Doner than done.

Yeah Tyson should've started a low level comeback about 9 years ago instead of trying to set up big fights without the proper training and commitment. He tried to start midway with C level (but huge) McBride and when he couldn't get the job done quickly he just quit. Tyson could potentially pull a Foreman and have a little success even at this point, but he doesn't have the patience/mental fortitude to commit to anything lest alone a proper comeback. If he does come back, I would think it'd be for a meaningless but maybe lucrative holyfield fight. If he starts w/ Rossi or Grano, he'll have problems sadly.

if tyson were to come back, he would do more damage to his legacy. there is no shame in losing or even getting ko'd but still, he doesnt need that. he is one of my boxing inspirations.

This is a big mistake in my eyes. Barry Mcguigan wrote an article in The Mirror last Saturday I think it was, saying how boxing should not allow these older/senior boxers to be granted licenses to box in any shape or form. And I couldn't agree more, it's not like tennis were you retire, but then come back a couple years later on the senior tour. In a good 10-20years, are we going to see these older boxers (Holyfield, Tyson, Jones Jr. Even Hopkins) with serious, permanent damage?

Some say he should've started out with bums last time. But McBride WAS seen as a bum. Its just that Tyson was so depleted that he lowered the bar as to what was called a bum. LOL
