So, I'm sure you lot have seen that Don King has stated his intentions to go into promoting MMA and is finally going to go through with it. No doubt the man knows how to make money, promote fights and is close with television networks like Showtime and HBO out there in the States. However, I'm interested to see what you're opinions are. Do you think Don King will be good for MMA, or just be another Gary Shaw?
Don King is one of the few people in this world I can say "I can't wait until this son of a ***** croaks." He's good FOR NOTHING. BAD BAD BAD. DON KING IS GARBAGE. MMA should bite his hand off before he can get it in MMA. He's a snake and he's just bad for everything.
x3 He started the golden age yrs ago of corrupt promoters controlling the sport for the sake of lining his pockets and most promters nowadays follow his blueprint. I hope he never get's any success.:barf

How the **** did Don the con King become so successful.. Im yet to hear any former fighters or even current fighters say anything nice about the bloke,though he continues to sign the big talent and promote the big fights. This has been going on or 30-40 years now.. why??? Im baffled...

**** King.He has lost most of his power in the promotion biz and now only co-promotes.He has no pull with HBO or Showtime.He stands in line now like everyone else.
