How do you know that? He was close to pulling out of the Morriquin fight because apparently his team wanted $150k. Now seeing how Donaire is his only possible payday in the division, do you really think he's going to be asking for the same amount? Donaire's last few opponents were paid $100k or less by HBO, while Rigo demanded $150k to fight a bum. Will Rigo take the fight for $100k just how Lara took the PWill fight for $100k? I doubt it.

It doesn't work that way. Nothing is secured. If HBO doesn't put up enough money to meet both Donaire's minimum and what the opponent wants, then either Donaire has to agree to a paycut, or the fight just isn't made at all. Top Rank isn't going to agree to fight if it loses money.

    Nah, you're just reacting radically.
How many known fighters do you see fighting just 2 or 3 times a year with barely 10 fight records only?
Quit your emotional behavior so you can start thinking rational

    Bingo!

Trashing a fighter that is on his way out of the sport. :-( instead of fighting the top fighters who are in their prime!

How quickly I'm losing respect for Nonito.

Fighting 4 times a year is what you should think about.
Consider the last as a bonus fight :good

He could do it, Rigo hardly suffers any damage.

Everyone knows Arce is ready to retire! Donaire needs to fight fighters in their prime. Do you not agree?

You know Rigo is not a bonus fight.
I would support that fight to happen but a Donaire-Arce fight in December isn't a problem to me cause it's already overdue for Donaire's part to still fight this year.

The reason TR had to renegotiate its contract with Rigo is because he's demanding to fight at the highest level. He wants to fight the best opposition .
I think you're the idiot here.

so what if he is fighting arce this time? he is simply just looking for a payday, didn't he fought champions and unified belts before trying to take on arce? But i can't complain when I see people hating on donaire trying to make a fight with Arce. It just shows that donaire is already on that level(floyd/pac) that if he takes on an old legend like Arce which is like mosley is to floyd/pac, people will criticize:deal.

Mares/moreno/rigo can all take on arce and no one would complain just like bradley could take on an old mosley and no one would complain
