    Wouldnt a war be better for boxing???

    The best case scenario would be that Narvaez is for real and gives Donaire a war.

    If they pull out a FOTY candidate I am sure everyone will be happy.

    But people also want heroes. Boxing supermen, like RJJ. If Donaire can pull off another signature counter left hook KO in the mid rounds? That **** will be an injection of pure faith for the boxing believers right there.

    I dont think Donaire could ever reach that type of status because he is a minority and also in too low of a weight class.

    Im always up for a closely contested match rather than a blowout. I always wonder what could have been had Montiel not gotten caught with that left hook so early on.... More than likely the FOTY candidate we all had in mind.

    I don't know, but I think he has the most hype below featherweight. He's the only guy below featherweight in Fight night Champion and that was before his victory over Montiel. Thats gotta mean something right?

    Very true. Maybe Arce is bigger ATM but Donaire to me is just about to peak.
    Also with his frame he could make a climb up to 135 tops. But that would take years and very good nutritionist.

    Narvaez is a superb little boxer...BUT he will be tiny at Bantamweight. Donaire KO within 5.

    How good is Narvaez anyway?, not really watched him before... will he be able to put up a good fight?

    Narvaez is a very good little (5' 3") boxer. Two division (fly and super fly) champion and undefeated champ for about 10 years. A bit old at 36 years.

    Would be a good fight while it last.

    donaire has already said that right now he walks around at 140 that means he can probably get up to 135

    Donaire needs to go up in weight, i have no interest whatsoever to see him fighting those little guys.
