    Mayweather beats Mosley again, Williams beats Pacquiao with range(Williams is like 6'3" Pacquiao is like 5'3")

    Paul Williams, in not a welterweight. He made Sergio, on few weeks notice fight him at 160.

    The two best at 147 are clearly Manny and Floyd.
