    He was avoided lol
If Dubois want that fight it mean
    1. Saudi paid a lot
    2. After win over Miller he belive in himself even too much.

Im pretty sure that Filip will destroy him in half od the fight.
Hrgovic got much stronger punch than Joyce. He is quicker and move a lot better than Joyce. He also got even better chin.

Dubois only chance here is perfect shot but I would not be optimistic after seing how many good shots Filip eat from Zhang and still was able to continue fight.

Props for Dubois for accept it but if I was him I would slow down. He can build himself over his last performance but if he go fight with Filip he probably end very bad and magic disapear.

He should aim for fight with ppl like Chisora, Helenius, Martin, Kownacki, Breazele, Washington- not fighter on soo high level imo.

Hrgovic is going to fold him. Dubois is very overrated recently

He was avoided true, just not by everyone.

Yes no doubt Saudi money has come to Hrgovic's rescue here and yes Dubois maybe overconfident after the Miller win.

Agreed Hrgovic destroys him. Not sure he hits harder than Joyce but he doesn't need to, even Lerena cruiserweight had Dubois down 3 times. Hrgovic has more than enough power to stop him and I must admit in hindsight Hrgovic's chin must be granite given Zhang couldn't finish him.

Fighters “calling out” other fighters is a load of crap. Most of the time the fights never eventuate.

Yep - fair play to the lad, he might have a couple of quits to his name (when he was very, very clearly going to lose anyway) but he's at least willing to fight just about anyone.

As for Hrgovic - the close shave 50/50 win over Zhang aside (who himself has only beaten one decent fighter), he's only fought journeymen - this would be very easily his best win after Zhang.

Often because the guys claiming to be ducked/avoided aren't willing to take risks.

Sometimes it's just for attention and the guy calling out is the real duck, sometimes it's the guy being called out.

Given Dubois's willingness to fight highly rated (albeit overrated) Joyce and the clear #1 in the division in Usyk, as well as a highly durable lump in Miller, I wouldn't say he's the one likely to swerve this.

Hrgovic stops him yes, but Dubois is one of the few young fighters who will actually fight anyone and he has my respect for sure.

Dubois is one of the few young fighters who will actually fight anyone. He's never been afraid to fight the best, nor to fight other undefeated prospects.

He will indeed lose, barring a freak injury, lucky punch, or terrible Hrgovic off-night. I think Dubois will be okay though, as long as he doesn't allow himself to get beaten up too much (and he won't, and we should not criticize him too much for that).

It's strange that Hrgovic still hasn't answered, or has decided to wait for the fight for the title, which could be who knows when...

The defeats that Dubois suffered are the best things that happened to his career in my opinion.

I think he's morphing into a world championship caliber boxer, he's tasted greatness in knocking down Usyk which he believes to be a legal shot. He can definitely handle Hrgovic.

Hopefully the Croatian takes the fight.

Don't get me wrong, I like Daniel, I think he's a top young boy-next-door, well-spoken young man, role-model nice boy, cool guy, smile guy, well-mannered, polite and respectful, please and thankyou, the kind we like to see in England, great example of the younger generations, happy to hand the daughter over, have the grandkids on the knee.

But having said that, would also love the eye-socket to explode all over the canvas and never have to see his face in boxing ever again.
