Eubank Jr is ONLY a candidate if Haymon refuses Lara or Jacobs to fight GGG, and now that the Mora fight has been backed off, it appears Jacobs will BE GGGs next opponent.

Jacobs has until June 30th to sign to fight Golovkin, but the WBA SMW titlist, Callum Smith could fight GGG for his WBA MW title in Jacobs stead, or Lara could move up in Jacobs stead.

Jacobs just delayed the Mora defense, which was in talks, but never SIGNED, and it's looking like Jacobs doesnt want Lara to step in for him, and I don't think anyone believes Callum Smith would dare boil off 8lbs.
It would be more likely that Liam put on a couple and fought Saunders.:roll:

Jacobs will have to VACATE in order for GGG to fight Eubank.

In which case, the 12-0 Garcia prodigy, A Blanco will be upgrade to minor titlist, and Mendoza will likely ALLOW Eubank Jr to be installed as interim titlist and allow GGG to make a mandatory defense against Eubank Jr and giving Blanco an 18 month reset. :think
