I do think His reaction after the Khan Mcloskey fight was a bit child like to say the least but apart from that he seems like a good fella who wants to see the sport strengthen and That can only be a good thing
Tell me about itatsch I still don't get this blind nuthuggery that Khan fans have. I suspect half of them, are genuinely homosexual?
He was being ****ish before and after the Khan/MCloskey fight. If you think that is from blind nunthuggery than you are ******ed.
I knew one of you ****ers would bite Hearn wasn't being ****ish, he was being honest, Lets have it right Team Kahn are a bunch of greedy muppets.
I admit, if he wasn’t acting like such a **** in the Khan-McCloskey build-up and aftermath, I wouldn’t think bad of him. But his antics proved that he’s not the nice guy he makes out. He’s a promoter like any other – looking out for the interests of his business, says all the nice things he needs to say to the fans to get support, and is not shy when it comes to talking **** on opponents (as proven with Khan and Haye).
Ok ill give you that, that was a bit ****ish, but the ways Khans team acted in the build up was also ****ish, throwing their toys out the pram and moving the fight to Primetime insisting Khans a PPV fighter. Thats a lot worse than a poxy T-shirt IMO.
That's not ****ish. That was just a business move. They were promised PPV, and when Sky pulled out, they went and got their PPV somewhere else. Being ****ish is when you publicly disparage the opposing team/opponent, for no good reason. Not once did Khan's lot do that to McCloskey. They maybe made a few ****-ups, promotion wise, but they never personally insulted them. Even when they lost around a million in a matter of days, they remained professional and stuck with the event. They could have easily resorted to what a lot of fighters in the past have done, and pulled the plug on the whole thing; leaving McCloskey and Hearn with **** all. But despite that, they still had to endure **** from Hearn - who took every available opportunity to talk **** on Team Khan and Khan himself. And I don't even need to mention the bitter ****'s antics in the aftermath. He's spent the best part of the year living off Khan's name like a jealous ex girlfriend, and is looking to repeat the trick with Kell Brook.
The fight should never have been PPV in the first place but business move or not, I totally disagree with the way Khans management acted, Like there royalty or something, You make some valid points though in all fairness.
I bet Mick Hennessy doesn't like him. Tapping up his two big stars just months before he finally got back on tv
