    The IBF are the ones that will give fighters opportunities.

    Do you think the WBO would have forced Pacquiao to fight Brook, or the WBC/ WBA forced Mayweather to do so?

    When he's competing with bigger promoters they are the route in.

    Agreed - although I think the WBO are better than the WBA and WBC - they are awful.
