Yeah no one would ever talk about Prescott because he is not as HYPED as Valero. But check the ratings and he is there . . . still undefeated. Prescott is still just an up coming star . . . he is not a star yet but that doesn't mean he is sure to lose to an stepping up fighter who has a established name in the lower weight class. :deal
I'd like to see Guzman and Valero. That would be good! Lots of good fights to be made at 130-135. I don't think Pac would deal with Guzman's movement well. He has never fought that type of fighter.
I don't think Mosquera has fought again since that beating Valero gave him. Mosquera showed too much heart and toughness in a fight that could have been stopped a round or two earlier. A sustained beating from a big powerpuncher is always dangerous and will ruin fighters. Ironically it's probably better to just get sparked like Khan vs. Prescott to prevent accumulative damage.
Presscott's win over Khan looks like a fluke to me and i dont think he's ready for a killer like Valero.. The way he fights, it's totally obvious that he lacks real experience.. Look how he fought against Humberto Toledo who got wiped out by HUmberto SOTO easily at 130.. Valero dominates him knocks him out brutally.
Yep, his corner should have stopped it. I was thinking the guy would have been much better if he got stopped cold. Can't believe he stayed up but hopefully he did not become permanentley hurt. Iron chin and Iron heart though.
