    Not enough!!

Well done Puma, i liked the vid, the lighting was very dramatic :hey

But you need to hit harder, push youself to punch %110 each punch, you look like your have fine technique so put some more into it...if the bag would stay upright that is.

Good work. Don't like the short videos though. Many can look good over 1minute. I want to see minimum 3 minute videos.

He hits better than Joe. Joe couldnt turn his knuckle over to save his life! Hey Puma you almost as fast as me bro!! Nice "pad" work! :D Do it on the heavy bag and lets see you turn them hooks over with some nice body head combo`s. Impressed with that hand speed B but it wouldnt keep anyone honest though.:good

The only thing I'd say is that you stand incredibly straight up when you punch. It's not that great a sample, with the type of bag and everything, but it seems like you wouldn't be too hard to find.

Your pretty quick, and fluid. Whenever I watch somebody..I'm much more impressed with how fluid they are than how hard they hit, and other small details. As people have pointed out you do make mistakes, and could be better, but you seem to have a good bit going for you.

Gentlemen, thank you for the critique and suggestions. I am taking every single one into consideration.

    1. The bag. My brother recently purchased this bag as he hated hanging our regular 45lber on a pullup bar upstairs. I like this bag because it is convenient and I can work on combos with speed and fluidity. As Scurla pointed out it's like pad work without the other person:good There is a proper heavy bag at the rec center I used to frequent and will do a video there in the late spring or possibly sooner as right now i am training for some senior level tournaments in freestyle and folkstyle wrestling.

    2. I agree that my my waist seemed a bit stiffer than usual and wonder how much of my wrestling stance has seeped into my boxing movement. Will work on that because I have found that I am easy to catch with left hooks.

In closing, I thank all of you again and will work on the shortcomings of my lack of waist and head movement, time of video and usage of a proper punching bag. I will also be going to JABB boxing gym in Chicago again to film some sparring sessions of mine and if I'm lucky, I can get footage of Kendall Gill and Arlovski when they train there.:thumbsup
