I think the fact that people are saying Floyd gets his arse whooped by Sugar Ray , in itself, speaks to the fact that perhaps Floyd is above and beyond his contemporaries. Whether he gets beat or not by Ray- we are now looking to history to find people who can beat him. when you do that- when you say this great beats him or that great whoops him- you are admitting that he is now fighting against history and no longer has competition in his own era.

People have been looking to Pac to be the one to beat him- and its a popular sentiment. but as the fight draws nearer i think people will see that although pac is great- floyds style is such a difficult style to beat-great or not- exciting or not- like it or not- that he will become deservedly the overwhelming favourite.
