So sad to hear about Emile's passing. My condolences to his family
Emile was a two fisted terror in the ring & one of the truly great champions. Outside the ring you couldn't wish to meet a kinder nicer man.
R.I.P. Champ Than you for everything

So underrated it is a crime. Fought anybody, anytime, anywhere throughout his career. Came to Philly a few time to beat up our guys but it was ok. One of a kind, rest in peace champ

What makes me mad is I had Ring of Fire recorded & saved on my Direct TV DVR the dang Dvr quit & I had to have a new one I lot a few good fights. I guess that'll teach me to put the ones I want to save on to DVD's:patsch

Damn, I knew about the onset of dementia but didn't realize he spent the last several years requiring round-the-clock assisted care, basically invalid.

Exceptional talent. It's a shame he had the burden of the Paret fight and society's own issues with his ***uality on his hands- in many ways, boxing was the easy part of his life.

    RIP, champ.

    True ATG in my opinion.

    Badass career. Fun to watch.
