Emmanuel Steward passes away

Hope this is not true. A great trainer, I'll miss the sound of his voice on HBO and he was seeming like a very nice guy. Wikipedia is not official but they already talk about him like he was dead. RIP. A very sad day for boxing.

 

Can someone please post some conformation that he passed. In the pass month I hear Morgan Freeman and Denzel Washington has died witch both turned out to be lies.

RIP to a legend who was involved in many of the greatest fights of all time

 

He was in the hospital reportedly recovering after surgery to treat diverticulitis for the past month or so.

 

Rest In Peace.

 

This is why I've said that it was not official but it's never a good sign.

 

Im really gutted. A real loss for the sport.

You have to suspect that there's something in it this time.

What a terrible year again for boxing this is turning out.
I'll save my condolences for when it's confirmed for sure but it's very sad indeed.He leaves a fine legacy though.

 

Something is definetly not right.
Yesterday the rumors were coming out.

ya i think banks was the only one that confirmed this 15hrs ago he said "all who can and willing... Please bow your heads and say a prayer for Emanuel Steward health&wellness" and then 3hrs ago "He's gone but NEVER!! will be forgotten. You fought a good fight you finished your course. With tears i'm saying.. R.I.P. Emanuel steward" all i want to say about this is im very thankful i have met Emanuel and have had the great fortune to meet him and have a good chat with him on more than one occasion in Limerick R.I.P Manny you will never be forgotten
