England and Poland - Mediation

I cant believe this thread is still going, just to clarify;

- There is no such thing as "English" ethnicity or blood. Nor is there such a thing as "Polish" blood or ethnicity, both countries are a blend of various cultures.

- Poles have a lot of deep-seeted insecurities about this issue due to their history & dont understand how anyone who isnt white or Christian can be British. To us Brits this seems racist.

- My ignore list is growing everyday

i think you do not understand what ethnicity is...

 

An ethnic group (or ethnicity) is a group of people whose members identify with each other, through a common heritage, often consisting of a common language, a common culture (often including a shared religion) and/or an ideology that stresses common ancestry or endogamy.
can be british,but cannot be ethnically English,since does not have same heritage,same religion,language,culture ancestry ect......
those things are part of someone ethnicity.

 

so Dereck Chisora might be British national ,but ethnically speaking he is Zimbabwean ...he got nothing in common with people like Shakespeare,nelsons or Churchill.....
and those are facts not racist slurs.

What is funny about this whole debate is that British first acknowledged fact that most of their most successful boxers come from different countries with different genetically related body attributes...and then they claim that English people are genetically superior than others!!!!!! what a joke!!!!
