SN are still seeking a suitable replacement for Sellers.

I read that possible opponents include Darnell Wilson, Vincenzo Cantatore and Giacobbe Fragomeni.

tbh i'd be happy with any of these opponents (preferably ding) compared to sellers.

**** it, if darnell wilson is that desperate to fight macca, i'm sure he can live with whatever options warren throws at him

Can we be sure Ding's actually working hard enough to get this fight rather than just posting on ESB relying on his promotor possibly just telling him things?

    I hope It's Ding though.

Good. It's absolute bollocks with no substance to it. Enzo has shown REAL potential. Why does Warren want to **** him over? Give him a top 10 contender to defend his title against.

How can you turn down Darnell Wilson and then accept Ezra Sellers? Puh-lease.

It is a shame because I believe Enzo wants to fight good fighters like Nelson, Haye and Cunnigham but for one reason or another they aren't coming through for him.

If Enzo wants to fight good fighters then why did he personally come out and say Ding was not really good enough and had not earnt his chance? Why did he personally then hype up Sellers as a dangerous and great opponent, he basically made out that Warren had thrown him into the frying pan against Braithwaite and that this was like jumping into the fire...he went on about Sellers as this huge punching, danger man.

He is quite happy to sell a fight to people as being a fantastic test and a risk for him, when it is so shameful that the BBBC wont sanction it.:roll:

Time is running out to find a credible opponent for Maccarinelli who will be prepared to take the fight at such short notice.

Just over a week to go and still no opponents announced for Rees, Skelton, Pryce and Cox if they are still fighting? Poor.

    This whole thing stinks.

To start with, it has taken months and months to announce an opponent. Then, merely a couple of weeks before the fight, 39 year old Sellers gets shoehorned into the WBO top 15 somehow, magically appearing when he was never there to begin with. The fight is announced, Sellers has only fought once in 3 years and has taken some bad beatings and it seems unlikely that he'll even make the weight at such short notice. Then the BBBC does the decent thing at last and cancels the bout. We're now 9 days from the fight and nothing has been announced regarding a replacement. We don't even know if Macca will be fighting or not. We had a similar situation last time then Braithwaite was announced late.

As for Enzo defending Sellers and rubbishing Ding, I am coming round to the opinion that Macca genuinely doesn't know who either of them are and he's thick as ****. To allow your career to be mishandled as you play second fiddle to other boxers in your manager's stable only adds weight to this.
