ERIK MORLES is boxing..to his fans delight, but his career might have been shortened because he had TOO MUCH HEART....you hit him, he wants to hit you right back.....ill never forget beiong at Morales/Pacquiao1 and Prime Erik putting his hands down in round 12 .....Heart, Chin, workrate, could box, could brawl......THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES ERIK MORALES!!!!!!!!!!!!! it was an honor to watch u leave it all in the ring...

 

I'm taking my hats off and giving tribute to a fighter who never backs down from anybody and gave us a lot of exciting fights.

My honest opinion... next to mayweather, morales is the best fighter of the past 10 yrs, only his warriors style shortened his career but NO ONE came out on top vs a prime morales.

He was everything a casual boxing fans would love to watch because of the way he fought.

 

How fortunate I was to live and witness an extra ordinary fighter in this generation, how can I ever forget the name...

A true warrior who very rarely even clinched in a fight... macho to the highest level.

A boxer who NEVER used dirty tactics inside the ring EVEN when he was taking terrible beatings... right until the end.

A man of MANY classic battles, here`s a few....

If I had to pick 2 from that list as far a great fights goes... it would be Morales MAB 1 & Morales Pac 1... I thought Erik fought smarter vs pac but I thought the 1st mab fight was the better fight... in fact the most entertaining fight of all time that cemented the legacy of both fighters even at the tender age of 23 & 26 respectively.
