    Who says he was forced though? Maybe it was in the contract and he said "Ok whatever". You are making it like Morales said "Wear winning gloves or there is no fight".

    Not close to 2 million. As sick as the card is, Mayweather-Ortiz is not a superfight, Ortiz just isn't well known. It's still about the main event when you are paying $55-$65. Morales is a great fighter but he's never been box office. The Maidana fight did awful numbers and many people missed out on that one.
    He and Canelo will certainly bring along some fans but not enough to approach 2 million. I say 1.2-1.4.

    But Morales hurt Maidana..... The smaller man, older man who was never know has a big puncher hurt the bigger man who has a pretty good chin. I guess Morales just knows how to punch when wearing winning gloves that he could hurt Maidana.:patsch

    I can't believe that maidana made morales wear winning gloves. I lost all respect for maidana that night.

    He hurt him but couldn't finish Maidana off. I said before that any gloves hurt in which case hurt Maidana but again wearing winning gloves is 80 percent or more likely will go all the way to the decision win. I wish there was no winning gloves so that we as fans get to see a real great fight that can end by tko/ko or by decision.

    it seems like Morales only fights argentinians,,,
    this fight way more interesting than against Barrios.Matthysse is a badass...but i will never rule out morales in a fight.I learned my lesson against maidana
