Morales by a less clinical, just as brutal, equally wide UD as MAB. With at least one KD followed by a Bobby Boy Velardez Kodak moment.

I think he could do it too. People worry about if morales would have the patience, but he did show that he could use his boxing skills and avoid wars in the first pac fight.

Morales could take a flush hamed shot and be ok. One shot wouldnt do it, but if he got caught in a nasty combo while slugging it out with hamed he could get koed.

    My point exactly..

Wow some of you people are on serious CRACK to think that little Naz would even put a Dent into Morales... Styles make fights and you think Barrera beat his ass Morales height length chin and technical punches would have ****ing slaughtered Naz' Goofy ass......Naz by KO? seriously get some medication people this is the most absurd idiotic thing that I've ever heard in my life. For the record Morales was "macho" with EVERY son of a ***** he stepped into the ring with and he was only knocked out by arguably lb 4 lb #1 fighter in the sport pacman who has one of the most ruthless offensive attack that we've seen in a long time..who he did beat the first time out...AND he was old!!!!! And we're talking about a Prime Morales????? vs a clown like Naz? L O L :rofl

Are you guys ****ing insane? Morales did NOT have an iron chin...............he had a TITANIUM chin for christ sake. Morales by brutal KO or punishing UD. Too large (c'mon 5'8 to 5'4 is a huge height difference), too much of a reach differential, and Morales had better technical skills to go along with his brawler persona.

I guess im stupid then because I see Hamed winning... I think Morales would open up a bit and take some big shots. Morales could win if he fights smart but sometimes he doesnt. As for stupidity, just because Morales beat Pac doesn't mean anyone who picks Naz over Morales is stupid...:good

Naz hits harder than Pac?.....Maybe if so by very little and either way Pac puts a billion punches together and Naz didn't. he fought like a clown and you say that Erik Morales "would open up to much"...Barrera ***** slapped Naz for fighting with his hands down like his moron ass did his whole career..When he fought better fighters he got his ass lit up. Kevin Kelly even though lost that fight Dropped Naz 3 times..There is no evidence to show that Naz would even have a chance in a fight against Morales. The size heart and technical skill and indestructible chin are all on Morales side.

And why do you even compare Naz punching power to Pac?? Pac fought an over the hill Morales whos chin had MANY MANY miles beaten into it!..Naz could fight and throw his wild shots all he wanted but the truth is he'd get countered all night and KO'd because the tall lanky Morales would deck him with serious shots.

This is a great fight that never happened. Both were in their primes at the same time so there was no excuse for it not happening. :fire So surely one was ducking the other.

Morales would know he'd have to box to win and I'm sure he'd start of that way. But Hamed's antics in the ring combined with a style that seemed to leave him wide open to be hit would draw Morales in. Hamed wouldn't stop prime Morales who was simply too tough but he'd lose on points. Hamed hits harder than MAB or Pac and that power and his tendency to stand and trade would cost him the fight.

Maybe some one can compare their competitions at 122, and the way they won their fights.

    Angeles - Hamed KO2, Morales UD12

    Castro - Hamed KO4, Morales TKO10

    Molina - Hamed KO2, Morales TKO6

Kevin Kelly - Hamed Ko4, Morales TKO7 (Morales fought a past prime version)

McColough - Both won UDs Hamed won wider than Morales

Barrera - Hamed L UD, Morales L UD*3 (Morales fights much closer but Barrera won them all too)

Hameds prime was 1995, Morales was 2000 or maybe earlier

Atleast some idea for us to take into consideration in gauging this hypothetical match-up.
