lara got it but i dont think they would give him that fight anytime soon to much risk for chavez and not enough rewards
But lets look at the facts: Lara was a World Amateur World Champion. As a professional he had fought nobody, only his last opponent(Vasquez) had a good resume. However he had fought most of the time as a lightweight. The balance of all his opposition as professional until now reads: 49-44-5 :yep Man they have as many victories as defeats(draws). To say the less very WEAK ... Against this opposition level even I had had some chances to shine as a SUPERMAN :bbb (although I never boxed in my life). He also said that he is considering to go down to welter ... I now that my Cuban fellows are a little bit impatient with Lara, but honestly first throw him with more experienced, meaningful boxers ...and please don't hype the man to death because at the end he will become a spoiled nobody (I don't like the star like way he is already wearing his sunglasses, while being interviewed, when at the same time he is still only a new kid in town) In the meantime let's root for Diosbelys who this weekend will be a step further to achieve his dream
Lara really wants this fight, says that if he could fight anyone he would fight Chaves Jr, dont know why but I guess he doesn't like him or he thinks Chaves Jr is a big deal or something, Lara wins this fight.
