a 50/50 but thurman got that great speed and movement. something brook didnt show, errol is good on the front foot, but thurman is very good on the backfoot. 2018 needs happen!
Thurman boxes well, but when Danny stepped up the pressure Thurman ran. Spence's educated pressure would terrify Thurman.
Yeah i dont see whats with all the "spence destroys thurman" stuff. Thurman ive always suspected is a bad matchup for Spence and after the Brook fight im convinced its a terrible matchup for Spence. Thurman hits harder, is quicker and moves way better than Brook and he will dance circles around Spence while tagging him with power shots. Everyones big thing is Thurman can get hurt to the body and Spence is a vicious body puncher therefore Spence wins. crazy
Thurman can and IMO will win against Spence, the first 6 or 7 rounds Brook either won outright or barely lost, and that was with him using very little movement and just out boxing him in the middle of the ring, so if Thurman utilizes a shitload of movement early forcing Spence to pressure him for the first six he could coast to a wide UD, Spence isn't a kamikaze like Porter, he doesn't take as many risks, as far as Danny's pressure, that match was barely competitive, even when Danny stepped it up, Thurman 118-110 was the rightful in spite of what the whining Garcia fanboys were claiming. One Time could do the same against The Truf.
I think Spence wins late round TKO after getting outboxed early. Thurman looked soft to the body against Collazo, Spence would break him down eventually imo.

i wouldnt say thurman is very good on the outside..his athletism make up for a lot of mistake really he is lucky to have that power to keep them a litttle honest
Errol will beat him. On the way to becoming a very good fighter. Could do with another win or two for experience before thurman tho. Brooks no mug. He makes opponents look worse than they are with his footwork and subtle movement. Still didnt stop errol from breaking him down away from home. Good feat considering chris alegeri etc was his best scalp prior. Can see spence going far...if he can stay at the weight long enough that is.
I'm resolutely picking Spence for this, I just think he is too good for Thurman across the board. Thurman would lose to Brook IMHO.
