Just found a clip of him, and yeah, he has speed to burn.

    [YT]Knpj7DLgpjY[/YT]

Still, Nathan Merritt out scores him by a dozen this season.

He is a local from up here and is only 19 at the moment, in the dying seconds of last nights game he ran about 90 mtrs starting from his touchline weaving in and out to the tigers 40 mtr line, not a single player could get a finger on him except for the fullback.

He is an instant hit up here and is the next Matt Bowen.

Pecks, Cliffy Lyons KO 4 Wally Lewis :deal

Brenton Bowen will most likely play fullback for the Titans this yr with Shannon coming off the bench so Merritt will prob score more even though he has to catch up by 5 tries which is how many my man has scored already in the trials :deal

    I'll register tonight.

We should all post our predictions for the year, then come back after the season and see how well we went.

    Here's mine...

    1. Parramatta - They've got a good coach, and really produced late last season. I think they'll be better this year with a few younger guys stepping up and will finish minor premiers and take out the GF.

    2. Melbourne - Will be a marked team now that they're defending premiers but will still be hard to beat. Matt King is a big loss. Still look good up front though.

    3. Manly - ****s. Nothing more to say.

    4. Cows - I'm dumbfounded as to why Grahem Murray is supposed to be favourite (next to Brown) to be one of the first coaches axed this season. He's done a great job with the Cows, and last year was great for them also (they finished 4th and made the semi's. I don't think they have the win it this year, but should make it to the last 6 at least.

    5. Souths - I originally tipped them to finish 7th again, but I think they can bgetter that and make it past the first week of the playoffs. Wing is a massive gain for them, it really gives their struggling halves a number of options. He will start halfback, then switch to hooker later on in the game. Paea will be one to watch this season. I think he'll produce and maybe even force Wing to 5/8 (which he can also play well) and put Rogers on the bench.

    6. Warriors - Should have another decent year, though I heard mcKinnon could be injured for the season. A massive blow if true.

    7. Roosters - Pedo scum. Will make the 8 on Mason, and O'Mealy's presence alone.

    8. Titans - Had a good first season last year, and have strengthened their squad and should be able to beat a host of teams for that final spot in the playoffs.

    9. Brisbane - Bennett's last year could either spur them on to have a great season, or a dud one. I'm tipping them to miss the finals for the first time since teke last had sex.

    10. Bulldogs - Usually they thrive on adversity, so it wouldn't surprise me to see them have a good year, but I think Folkes is on his way out, and their losses up front will be telling. The form/fitness of SBW will shape their season this year.

    11. Dragons - Simple coach. Best thing for the Dragons would be to give Brown his notice now, then go out and try and secure Bennett, or someone else for next season. their squad is top 8 calibre for sure, but Brown isn't the man to get them there imo.

    12. Tigers - Can be a tricky side on their day, but I don't see them making the 8 this year. If Marshall stays fit then they are definitel6 top 8 materiel.

    13. Penrith - I rate Elliott as a coach, but the players seem to be having a hard time adapting to him, and I don't think they've bought well around the halves. Civenociva is a great buy though, and if some of their younger guys step up, and the players respond to Elliott, then they could well be the dark horse this year.

    14. Cronulla - Look to be an average team imo, but Stuart is a decent coach and should get the best out of them. not top 8 materiel imo.

    15. Canberra - Every year they look to be favourite's for the spoon but they always keep avoiding it somehow. I think they'll do enough to avoid it this year too, as they can be hard to beat at home. If they lose Carney next year then it'll be tough to avoid.

    16. Newcastle - Last throw of the dice for Brian Smith imo. The Knights look weaker this season, and if Buderus continues to deteriate as a player, they will find it extremely hard to win more than a handful of games. spoon time for them I think.

Dally M winner - Cameron Smith

Clive Churchill winner - Jarrod Hayne.

ESB Tipping Comp Winner - Pecktor. I'll seeyas at the finish line. :hi:

I'll be disappointed if my beloved Panthers dont make the top 8. I do agree that our halves leave a bit to be desired though.

Boys watch out this year for my mate Dave Moore who plays for the Titans, speed to burn and hopefully before the year is out he'll be in the PNG national side. Good young player who plays along side the Next Big Thing Shannon "Whoop" Walker.

Worst possible start for my Bunnies. I ****ing hate the Roosters so much more now after the dog move they pulled on Wing last night. Brown is a cat and many non Souths fans acknowledge that what he did was a disgrace. Hopefully what goes around comes around. I know Roy got him back and he was concussed later on, but I still feel justice hasn't been served yet.

Everyone likes seeing a shoulder charge in the game, but not when one player is defenseless and his back is turned. that sort of play could really cause injury to someone, even parylize them.

I can't remember who i picked in that game, but i ended up putting $40 on the Roosters, man utd and Liverpool.
So i was happy they won well.

But i missed when Wing got crcnhed n that tackle, i was happy though since i bet on Roosters, but when i saw the replay of it i thought it was a dog shot, you don't just go for someone's back.

Also i missed when roy concussed that bloke who did it to Wing.
Also Fitler sounded like a dog abit after the game talking about the tackle, saying something about Wing, but he would not call him.
