Nah, all over europe the judging is very similar. The hommie guy wins unless ko. I hate it.

Man, just like the Eggington bout... Gavin just doesn't have the durability to deal with larger welters who can physically impose themselves on him. He has no teeth, nothing to discourage them with.

    He’s a Welterweight Lewis Ritson.

Damn Kerman is friggin beast, clearly beatable but that power. I thought beans was fighting out of it, even when he stiffened like a corpse.

Kerman KO and a superb bodyshot **** me thats twice on british fighters. Hes raw and primitive but damn he hits hard!

Gavin needed to take a knee that round and should have played the long game, stayed in the pocket too long when he needed to use feints and feet. He almost got lucky but then stayed TOO long and was open to body shots. He fought valiantly but like Amir Khan he didn't recognise his own vulnerabilities.
That was the best i've seen him for a while, but he's his own worst enemy he looked superb the first three rounds but when he was hurt he FROZE, no poker face no grabbing he told the opponent that "i'm ready to be taken out" - Good fight while it lasted.

Aw, come on, Gavin gives most of his opponents issues for 3 or 4 rounds, until they find the proper range, he was doing well against Skeete, Bundu and Eggington early as well. This was Lejarraga's first big southpaw, cut him some slack.

He had no choice imo, he had to stand a bit but he couldn't, the other man was too strong !

That's exactly what I was thinking watch this... Except he's way cruder than Ritson. He really looked basic and slow in the first 3 rounds. He's got a fun style and hits hard so he'll probably be around for a while but it's hard to see him achieving anything past European level, and honestly expect him to lose there sooner rather than later.

egginton vs kerman would be a fight! egginton would probably get brain damage and kidney failure fighting kerman though.

I’d actually be down for a Skeete-Gavin rematch. I scored the fight for Skeete and it makes sense. Maybe a last fight for Gavin, probably the biggest payday he can get and against a guy who doesn’t hit that hard.

He's the Welterweight David Lemieux.:deal: At least that's what I called him in my thread 2 years ago.

Nah. He brawled far too much in that round. Definitely could have boxed a bit more and probably gotten out of it and at least had a chance to win. He probably would have fallen apart eventually but his "bravery" cost him in that 4th without a doubt.

He looked near death from that African dude, Kerman would send Eggman's head sailing into the rafters.

tbh mate, and this bothers me with fighters and fans. You can still earn well being the european champion and defending it for a while, its when european fighters get there careers derailed trying to fight elite level fighters. i hope kerman gets a shot but doesnt fall of the grid, hes a contender probably soon to be gatekeeper.
