Margarito wasn't suspended for a year. He was suspended indefinitely with the chance to reapply for licensing in a years time.

Here is a comparison:

- (Antonio Margarito) Having a white substance smeared across knuckle pad.

- (Luis Resto) Having the padding removed from the gloves, replaced with wraps soaked in plaster to enable you to hit harder causing more damage, and using dissolved asthma pills for endurance to continue to inflict more damage for longer periods of time.

- (Mosley, Toney, RJJ...etc...)Taking steroids that will enable you to hit harder causing more damage, and giving you more endurance to continue to inflict more damage for longer periods of time.
