Its different than sparring because you're on so much adrenaline that the punches arent going to hurt. You will go to sleep feeling great, then wake up the next morning with all these bruises and pains :!:

    Round 4

Crooks now firing several southpaw jabs together, the right hand working like a piston but not landing as he just keeps his feet planted and Baca just watches him from a few feet away. Now Baca comes grinding in and throwing his wild shots, grabbing and yanking on the arms of Crooks on the inside. Lots of hugging. Baca gets an accidental left hook in as Crooks is raising his arms to adjust his grip on Baca's back. Baca loses his mouthpiece and Crebs takes a point from him for having spit it out again. He instructs Baca to "bite down, please!" Clinch. Break. Crooks looks gassed. Baca is leaning into him, but accomplishing little. Both throw wild shots, Baca touching the area just above Crooks' trunks but getting blasted with head shots (mostly left hooks). Crooks ducks as Baca attacks wildly, and holds for the last 20 seconds.

    10-8 Crooks

That's what I thought. I damn near used the term "paternal" to describe him.

He only said "some," though, so maybe he's mellowing out a bit.

Anthony believes in his power. He stands more flatfooted than Andre. He is easier to hit than Andre, but he will fight you.

I think the Klits are boring, but I didn't train a fighter who was offerred a shot against one. It's hypocritical when he says **** like that.

I'm not listening to Teddy, but something behind him is quite intriguing.

What's going on with that boxer and card girl, behind Teddy? They're doing pictures now, but it started out pretty snuggly.
