That would explain the utter lack of serious power punching.

Edit: And as I say that, he finally throws some hard left hooks...

Where is Cintron's explosive power? He has nothing on his shots.

Cintron must be mentally ******ed in a boxing IQ stand point.

    Round 8

Smith comes aggressively, pushing Cintron to the ropes and blasting him with a repeated 1-2 onslaught. Cintron lands a few counters in between but is getting knocked back against the ropes. They migrate out to the middle of the ring, again pressed together at the forearms and trading body punches. Triple hook by Cintron, climbing up from the belt line to the head. Soft whipping uppercut to the body by Cintron, and Smith answers with a two-inch uppercut and a slapping hook to the face. Several hooks by Cintron, suddenly finding some real leverage as he plants his feet and digs in. Hooks to the body by Smith. Cintron circles left and lands his jab, with Smith willingly walking on to it. They tie up and Cintron slaps away at Smith's sides with wide combos. Smith keeps working the body but isn't doing enough.

    76-76

    4 -4 even

Smith had some good work but Cintron won the round with his ineffective flurries in the middle of the round. He also controlled the action.

Cintron probably took that round, landed some nice power. He better keep that up this fight is too close.

78-74 but its alot closer than my score makes it seem.

After this one just put Kermit in there with PW again , PW needs a win and I have little doubt he would make this version of Kermit jump out of the ring again
Cant stay awake anymore , lets see if I am surprised tomorrow morning checking the result of this fight ...

Nonito Donaire is a baaaad mudder ****er mayn.

His left hook may be among one of the best most powerful I've seen in some time.
