    Adams is jabbing at Gasparyan, shooting to head and body. Gasparyan is digging in body shots and getting smothered on the inside by Adams. Gasparyan is unable to get more than a couple of shots off inside. By that same token, Adams isn't allowed to rattle off many jabs backing up before Gasparyan is on him.

    Gasparyan is staying close, wending his way in with the high guard, leaning forward, working the body. Stiff right hand leads by Adams on the backfoot, lining up his shots and taking Gasparyan's measure with comfortable ease on the outside. Adams is jabbing and working left uppercuts off the jab while grinding in against Gasparyan, meeting him in the pocket halfway. Gasparyan is grabbing at Adams' arms and pushing them down, landing a few soft overhand rights on the side of the head.

    Gasparyan is coming in with his arms tucked into a tight bundle, smothering Adams up close. Solid left uppercuts off the jab by Adams, and pinpoint short straight right hands. Adams is getting the best of the action inside & out. Gasparyan is hit with a thumping uppercut body combo and circles to his right nearly into a corner. Adams stalks, feigning a jab.
