    Gómez has such nice footwork. He should dump that "E-Boy" moniker and rebrand as "Mantequilla".

    (before anybody says that would be sacrilegious - get over yourself. Stop for a moment and think about how many C-grade fighters have gone by "Sugar" over the years. All nicks are up for grabs, only the cream will rise and if you aren't the peer of a true ATG with the same nickname then your name will simply fade into obscurity unlike theirs, simple...)

    Majority of Indonesian people only care about soccer, boxing and badminton. Although basketball is widely played on school level.
    The only sports I play are table tennis and billiards.
    I like hitting and handling small balls :gey:

    Baseball and Football are just so ****ing boring to me. Basketball, tennis, and boxing are all similar in the way that they're fast paced.

    Boxing, really, even today among the younger kids? They haven't really had a world class idol since John (maybe Yordan has been closest). Not meaning to disparage the country, just surprised the sport's popularity would endure with such a drought in major export talents.

    Yeah I get all of that and the same feeling resonates within me to a large extent. The politics and corporate structure of the major sports make it really hard to be an arbitrary supporter of teams once you really start thinking about things. With that being said I'm still a casual fan of the local teams, can't be bothered to follow it anymore hardcore though. Post season is all I can really do and maybe the occasional game here and there. I've been catching up with MLB over the last couple of days and was shocked to see Bartolo Colon is still trecking along. Dude's 45 ****ing years only and has been in the MLB playing consistently for 21 years. Suzuki still hanging on as a player-coach at 44, but looks like he has one foot out at this point.

    I really wish someone would tell poor B-Hop its POTshotting, and not Pop. Its kind of embarrassing for a living legend and a professor of the sweet science, not knowing how to say something as simple as that.

High guard by Sakai, plodding in, looming over Gómez but never getting off with anything before Gómez flits around him with quick straight combos.     44 damn. :lol: He was in his absolute peak & prime (like first couple of years after his MLB debut, which actually was balls-deep into his pro career as he was already legendary in the J-leagues) the last time I truly cared about the National Pastime.

    I like all of the major sports except for soccer but they're just way too fatiguing to follow hardcore for me.. Boxing, MMA and Kickboxing take up enough time as it is :lol:

    No doubt in my mind that he'd have smashed Roses' record had he been signed to the majors of high school like A-rod was. Dude was phenomenal. a machine when it came to hitting the ball with consistency.

    Gómez is letting Sakai plank down a couple of jabs into his face, getting brushed with a couple but not really stung with any square on the button, always rolling with them, head turning, feet sliding. Gómez is still working very smooth, fluid combos off the double & triple jab but his output is lowering, attacking more in spurts now with some gaps of close to half a minute just moving around posing.
