Spot on! Check his 'interviews' with Booth - Abysmal!

There's no 50/50 questions, no 'good on him for pulling him up on that' either. It's all jokey and daft.

Oh, and Ellie is the biggest prat walking.

Kugan is god parent to one of the Saunders family, I'm sure Eubank Jr and Sr well aware of that and probably influences their decision due to bias that is more than expected. In fairness to them both @ iFL they do well to stat neutral most the time, on camera. Seckbach makes no attempt to hide his bias, to the point it is embarssing.

With regard to their content on iFL, they are guests of the promoters with access they have and the fighters have no obligation to do interviews with them so its hard to push their luck too much if they want future content. They do well to keep the egos of the conflicting fighters well massaged for the most part (Groves/Degale) and the level of access we now have and speed of announcements etc because of them has helped the sport recover back to where it is now.

People on here love to dig them out but if we're honest with ourselves a lot of it is written out of envy.

I'm not sure how you can critique a man (or a company) who gives you unrivaled access to a whose who of boxing personnel, insight which you would never have the privilege of seeing before, for free. It really wouldn't surprise me to see Kugan anchoring his own Sky Sports show in a few years time, such is his growing popularity and influence.

Good post.Noone can moan at ifl the coverage is immense.

As for presenters its question of taste personally as mentioned before much prefer james helder and he a top guy when have met himwhere as kugan always seems quite aloof.

However as a service unrivalled access and anyone who moans at what these guys produce is a div imo

What is Koogan's background? Was he a fighter or just a boxing geek...assuming its a joke he was Ricky hattons bodyguard?!

No one is above criticism mate, and there's always room for improvement. As for the 'free' bit, that's being a bit disingenuous right? Ever heard of youtube monetization, ads and sponsors? Or let us think what else is 'free' gmail, this forum!, online news , twitter I can go on, we still complain about those don't we?

The criticism in this thread hasn't been constructive whatsoever, and as far as I can see, the biggest complaint is his jovial interviewing style which I'd wager the majority actually like (me included). It is free in the sense that it costs you absolutely nothing to view their content. Yes, they make money from YouTube, advertisements and sponsorships but that isn't anyone's business but their own.

No, he actually was Ricky Hatton's bodyguard during The Hitman's heyday. He's also done part-time acting and has appeared as an extra in Eastenders. There's an interview he done a while back with, I think, SecondsOut on YouTube where he goes into detail about how he and Helder started up iFilm-London, amongst other things.

Of course it costs me something to watch ****ty ads and intros. Time is a resource. Concerning constructive criticism why the **** would i write it here ? U gonna pass it along to kuuugs cause otherwise whats the point. And really i doubt hell take anything onboard either, i think he knows hes **** but just rolls with it cause he can get away with it seeing as he doesnt have any real competitors

This is a forum, who says criticism has to be 'constructive'? You like their 'interviews' or you don't..

To me it's lowest common denominator stuff, quantity over quality to generate youtube subscribers, and for some reason they seem to have exclusive access and therefore little or no real competition.

Saying that, bumbling amateurs as they are, I'd still rather watch them than the sterile rubbish served up by the mainstream.

IFL is great, apart from this forum it is my main source for staying up to date. In fact I am just about to go you tube now and see if there have been any vids uploaded since yesterday.

There's definitely something between them. Some of the *****ly questions to Eubank during the presser came from Kugan. He's not on camera but it's certainly his voice. I think one of the questions he asked was about the 50k escrow they tried to impose for the previous presser.

Yeah IFL are prolific, I'll give them that. So's Ellie..

Check out this properly conducted, insightful, and respectful interview with BJS uploaded yesterday by someone called Bayloric. Don't know much about him, but this is the kind of stuff I prefer to watch. A proper interview. There's no comparison with bumbling ol' Koogie Bear lol.
