Sugar Ray Robinson 2. Henry Armstrong 3. Muhammad Ali 4. Willie Pep 5. Roberto Duran 6. Ezzard Charles 7. Sugar Ray Leonard 8. Joe Louis 9. Pernell Whitaker 10. Julio Cesar Chavez You could swap a lot of these guys from 2-6 & also from 8-10... Robinson keeps his place tho, he was the best fighter that ever sucked air bar none.... you could maybe swap SRL & Louis... you could also swap Pea & JCC (tho I`m definitely in the minority in that line of thinking on here)

Between 50-60. For same reasons as you. Others have edge on him for quality of opposition. That's all, his middleweight era was fairly poor. Unlike most, I give Hop' massive credit for the Trinidad win. Come on, guys. It's not perfect, but at least it's not another list that includes Tyson, Pacquiao, Mayweather, and Marciano in the top 10. Hearns is too high, SRL too low. Johnson and Dempsey have no business being here, especially at the expense of Joe Louis! I'm glad to see some love for Ricardo Lopez. Canzoneri and Gomez need to be on here; McGovern and Hopkins, great as they are, do not.

Yeah, it is close between a lot of them... there has been no real standout fighter that is a level above everybody else in recent times, perhaps RJJ in his prime for a period you could argue (possibly)... the winner of a fmj-pac fight could have claimed as such but it never happened so they are placed (rightfully so) with the rest as mentioned above. :good
