Holyfields prime? is debatable he was solid and obviously BIGGER in the Tyson and Lewis fights while maintaining his speed.Lewis fought a safe fight as well being robbed of one. Holyfield in those fights would have been hard to k.o for anyone not aggressive or past his prime which was Tyson not Holyfield in contrast bc tyson relied more on timing than Holyfield ( though he rocked Holy briefly but didnt follow up early)

Holyfield may have had higher work rate in the early 90's but what would his punch resistance be?Did you see the size of his neck in the 96/99 years? Wlad is a straight power puncher i dont see any version of holy getting a win..maybe if they fought 5 times he gets one?

Also looking at Tyson he became a HW just to fight him,you wont see a more motivated Holyfield than the one you saw in those fights. However The 6'6 Klitchko doesnt rely on close quarter game,he controls from outside and Holyfields worst match ups have been those long hjabbers...now he would be facing a power one. Gotta go Wlad here.

Joshua is a whole other ball game at 6'6 245/250 who can be outside or inside like we havent seen before at his size.. The fact he likes to fight inside makes him more dangerous bc going inside is far easier than controlling outside and relyiing on distance.Look what he did to Wlad when he through out the jab game,he bulldozed right in and ended it. This was a fatigued Joshua who also held his own with the jab war.

    And to expand...
    A. I don't think he could keep up.
    B. Even the adrenalin of an inexperienced AJ could help him keep up.
    C. I don't think he would land clean once holyfield figured him out.
But let's see how Joshua's career pans out. I'm a fan.

So let's get this right, 41 yr old Wlad is better than Bowe,Mercer, Lewis, Foreman,Tyson, Thomas,Holmes, Moorer, The same Wlad (like I previously posted was nothing special) that lost in the prime of his career to 2nd rate fighters like Purrity, Brewster, and Sanders. Are you trying to sell me a bridge?

Holyfield by UD. Joshua is not there yet and probably never will be.
