Qawi is a different fighter and like 3 feet tall. Holy was like a foot taller.

Yes but Qawi brings the heat and Holyfield survived a relentless workrate in a 15 round war I think his output would be fine vs Usyk.

Breidis came close to beating him and Chisora gave him his toughest test at Heavyweight.

So yes logically pressure is the way to beat Usyk and Holyfield is better than either of those fighters.

Plus Holy was a damn good counter puncher. I would argue that Holy was a better counter puncher than anyone Usyk has faced.

I guess we should forget about the fact that he's had an entire career of guys trying to "pressure" him and that he's still undefeated?

We all know Holyfield was having medical issues with his heart in that fight, and a MD is not getting beat up even Teddy Atlas had to motivate Moorer who was too passive against a lackluster Holyfield. In the rematch Holyfield utterly dismantled Moorer knocking him down half a dozen times.

Yes but no one of the level of a prime Holyfield he's only had 21 fights and hasn't fought anywhere near the level of competition that Holyfield did.

Briedis gave away the entire middle and the championship rounds, except the 12th, after Usyk made the adjustments. Briedis wasn't swarming him either, it was a clean boxing match where Briedis played the counterpuncher in his most successful moments. I think the best case for Briedis was a draw. Chisora did the swarming and utilized his size well. Holyfield is too clean and too good a boxer to fight like Chisora however.

I also think you are underrating Briedis. He could win atleast 1 in a 3 fight series against any Cruiser to ever step in the ring. He is very, very talented and a big puncher.

Holyfield would ran over Usyk in most of the rounds. Nothing Usyk does would make Holyfield stop going forward.

Usyk cannot hit and has had problems when people pressure him.

If Usyk times the exact moment when Holyfield stopped his combinations, he could land one or two punches, that is how Moorer beat Evander because Evander forgot to move out of there sometimes, but by then Holyfield would have hit him 3 times already.
I don´t like Usyks combinations too (yeah, so ?), to me he has a very wide and slow hook, and Holyfield was a good counter-puncher and could explore that...
    I have a hard time seeing Usyk in these fantasy fights because his lack of fierceness and power is not "reimbursed" by his good movements, that I actually think is getting overrated by the way. His workrate may be fine, but they are harmless at this level, and is nothing compared with Holyfield was used too, the ability of Holyfield to put together combinations would just suffocate Usyk;

Holyfield was a fast guy too, his hands are faster than Usyks. Put all that together:

    Hand speed
    Workrate
One guys love to pressure, other guy hates to be pressured, and this guy cannot punch really.

How would Usyk win 7 tounds out of 12 ? He would not. Holyfield is not the british pro fighter that played on Creed, forgot his name, nor he is Marco Huck... nor he is a gun shy 5 punches per minute Joshua. This fight has nothing to do with any of Usyk´s wins, go watch the Chisora fight and then watch Holyfield... well.... if you quote this to counter something I said, you have the controversial opinion, not me.

Well why can't Holyfield replicate what Breidis done but better ? Holyfield is a great counter puncher better combination puncher better workrate. He can put steady pressure on Usyk like Breidis did and play the counter punching game.
