Without putting any emotion into it, my mind tells me that it's an easy AJ pick. It's easy to favor the young guy with momentum over a 40+ year old with a long layoff coming off 2 awful performance. But my heart tells me that Wlad has some tricks up his sleeve. Also during the gloves are off, Wlad came off as Joshua's daddy, making him fist bump him after basically dissing him lmao. Wlad seems confident. Wlad is not going into this fight mind ****ed like he was against Fury where the roles were reversed. Fury was Wlad's daddy before the fight, Wlad was completely mind ****ed, he probably has nightmares about Fury still tbh. Here are the scenarios I see from most likely to least likely. 1. AJ is just too fast and powerful for Wlad, and Wlad will be tentative but defensive giving an easy points win for AJ. 2. Wlad's jab/grab, and left hook are too much for AJ. AJ was too used to fighting bums and no one as technically sound as Wlad. AJ also does not have Fury's movement to confuse Wlad. Wlad by points. 3. AJ knocks Wlad out. Wlad is actually obsessed like he claims and he puts it all in the line after being down on points. 4. The humiliation that he received from Fury is going to fuel Wlad into this vindictive monster that's going to take his anger for Fury out on Joshua. He's going to demolish Joshua.
What is intriguing about watching shot Wlad? It's even worse than watching prime Wlad. Wlad is finished. If his chemist somehow makes him competitive in this fight, the man should win a Nobel prize.
Wlad vs Fury was one of the all time worst fights ive ever seen. Yet i was completely riveted by it. I cant wait for this one. It could be a very slow boring chess match with both of them very wary of the other but Wlad, even an old past it one, is still one of the best in the division and will definatly bring something different than what Joshua has been facing. What ever the outcome of this fight were getting answers about Joshua that havnt yet been asked. So awful fight or not i cant wait to see how it unfolds.
The one guarantee is the fight will be a lot better than Fury v Wlad. That fight was abysmal and this will be much better simply coz Joshua will throw punches.
