Why Fury didn't invest in a better opponent is beyond me. Instead of some European bum for peanuts he could have paid money for someone a bit better and kept the hype train going, someone like Cornish. Big but limited with a British name just coming off a loss for the British title. Who's going to want to watch Tyson again after last nights debarcle. I have no idea why anyone would part with money to watch that tripe last night.

Frampton wanted 2 fights back before a world title fight.

The Garcia fight was the equivalent of the Mexican who fell over in the shower under Mcguigan. That was Framptons choice and actually ended up a tough 10 rounder.

The guy said ‘can’t get Frampton a meaningful fight’.He fought Donaire and now headlines Windsor Park for the first ever time.Id suggest Frampton is very pleased with the way it’s unfolding as it was the 3 fight plan he proposed to Hearn and Warren when in talks.

He's not promoting the fight very well then...because I m not even aware a fight or opponents been set for it. Framptons less promoted now than under mcguigan. Had him on the warrington bill getting interviewed. The mike stopped working. The interviewer called carl ....josh. Frank sort of played down the Warrington fight. Tells you exactly where franks currently at tbh.

Donaires 35 years old. Lost five fights. Fight wasn't promoted well either. Still not sure who framptons big Windsor park opponent is. Framptons at the point of a massive fight yet its starting to look like its gonna be another warren opponent. Its farcical at best. Frank knows the game but money gets the better of him..hes also trying to do it all. Can't blame the man for trying....but what your left with is a lot of guys all being promoted badly. Fights that keep getting canceled. Fighters that don't have opponents. Gypsies running amok in the crowd.

Its all a bit peter Kay phoenix nights to me.

Needed to stop trying to compete with hearn years ago cut back his stable. Get quality over quantity and then build it all in a cohesive set up. Well run bills. Organized promotion etc.

Jesus, mate the Frampton card was only formally announced last night. Your being ridiculous, so far frank has more then fulfilled his obligations to Frampton. 2 sold out shows in quick succession at the SEC and now Windsor Park delivered as per Carl’s dream. Let’s see who he fights, it may or may not be a real top drawer opponent next, but frank has stated that he’s looking to put Carl and Warrington together in the near future, so what’s the problem???

Donaire was 35 yes we know that, carls about 31 so he’s not a million miles away so, so what. It was a good, entertaining fight and a nice solid card - again your being ridiculous.

There’s plenty of things to critise Frank for, but many of them you have mentioned could easily be levelled at Hearn also.

Maybe am being a bit harsh on frank tbh. Just seems to me like its one nightmare after another with Billy Joe pulling out again last week. Big fights in the crowd at the weekend. The fight itself being a joke. His prospects struggling to get opponents etc.

Is it that hard to get cards on that have fights set up from the start. That isn,t likely to be canceled and its not a hostile atmosphere. Even the Warrington fight he basically sat back and encouraged the intimidation because Warrington was his cash cow. Its all a bit you should know better to me.

Appreciate how much he puts into it...but hes keeping boxing in the dark ages atm.

Apart from when he fought Wlad and hoped he'd win I simply have no interest in a Tyson Fury fight.

I actually dont think many do "worship" him

To me he is by a mile the best promoter in the uk and he does more good than bad.

But see in the haters eyes that would make me a worshiper so idk

Exactly this. People think it’s pro Hearn, anti warren but in reality most people call Hearn for his mishaps just like they do Warren.

Hearn hasn’t had any fights pulled this year from my knowledge whereas Warren it’s 3 (in 6 months) but he got slated for British beef, he’s getting it for Whyte - Parker PPV.

And ironically if Eddie's fighter was not so unprofessional Frampton would be fighting for the World Title at Windsor Park.

I just want to watch decent fights. Could not careless from which promotion. Not convinced Eddie has given us too much Gold this year in fairness.

    Yup.

It's like I keep saying people have forgotten what it was like when Frank was the main man in British boxing. The WBO reigns of terror. Wasting multiple years of fighters primes defending trinkets against latvians.

Frank was probably even more unpopular then than eddie is now!

People have a go about eddie and AJ but i can guarentee you if this was 15 years ago AJ would be with frank and he'd be about to make the 5th defence of his lone IBF title against "seasoned contender" artur szpilka

It would be a massive fight for Allen to catapult his way back in to the limelight. I’m not sure he would pass that over due to friendship?
