Evidence that Lucas eye wasnt closed by a punch but rather by Dannys thumb

Garcias outstanding chin has been evident for quite some time.

Garcia would have been hit with a lot more if the fighter didn't lose half his vision half way through just saying :deal

Pssshh.. Matthysse and Zab both had him hurt but he somehow made it out alive

Its amusing that anyone would think Garcias chin is anything but very very good up to this point in his career.

Some of the flush power shots he takes in the Holt fight alone, let alone the numerous flush power shots Judah lands on him before he finally managed to stun him, and of course Matthysse landing straight murderous bombs right on his chin, shows Garcias chin to be nothing less then very good.

I swear, for what ever opinion is possible out there, theres a boxing fan to have it

But by all means everyone has their right to think what they want obviously. If you guys think that because Judah was finally able to stun Garcia, as if he wouldn't hurt another 140lber that he lands as many of those same shots on, shows that Garcia has somehow not an outstanding chin, then I don't know what to tell you.

The truth is, if Garcia didn't have an iron chin, he would have been dropped in the Holt fight, in the Judah fight, and would have been KO'd in the Matthysse fight in the 11th. That shot from Lucas in the 11th that rips Dannys mouthpiece out of his mouth would have KO'd just about every other 140lber out there.

anyways, this isn't even worth discussing further. That Garcias chin is more then solid is without question for most people, imo. The real question is how long will it stay that way. He gets hit flush entirely way too much and every chin will crack over time.

Does it really even matter? Even it was a thumb, it obviously wasn't deliberate and the ref couldn't possibly have seen it if you have to slow it down and replay it 1000 times to catch it. Garcia won fair and square. Now stop all this bull**** and bring on the rematch!:bbb

I agree with this. Rios and Herrera are the only other guys that could have taken that punch so well.

I was impressed as hell with Garcia beating Lucas, but if this is true, then couple with the what - 21? - low blows, then this "win" is a disgrace

Well, if you factor in being hit with a bull**** KD from being tangled on the ropes then hit with at least 6 flush low blows then winning on the judges scorecards before the injury to the eye that wasn't from a punch plus lucas landed just 18 punches less and more jabs

I think that's more then enough means for a rematch :deal

Lucas fans are as bad as ******* cry babies. If there is such a thing as karma then a rematch will never be made so you fools can whine into eternity. Geez, let it go. He lost several weeks ago!

Your boy can't win if he can't KO. He's a limited fighter.
