Trust me Oscar knew he would lose. I knew Bernard would beat him, and Manny. It's all a ploy. It was all a plan to help build Pac's image even more, so him and Arum can make some money off each other.

Bowe vs Holyfield II. The first fight was a convincing win for Bowe and many thought Holyfield was done. They were wrong.

I disagree. Green's camp offered the fight to Roy not the other way around, and I think Roy took it based on his own self-belief that he has much left rather than watching tapes and thinking Green is an easy payday. I don't even think Roy watched a single tape before signing he was that confident of having enough left vs. any level of opposition, and I didn't feel at any time he was taking Green lightly. Whether he was delusional or not, the Green camp came up with the fight not the other way around, no way it was handpicked.

Ricardo Williams(Olympic silver gold medalist) took on and lost to unheralded Juan Valenzuela and his career never recovered!

Let's not forget Barrera and Pac.

Barrera was looking towards fighting Morales and figured he would probably beat Pac easily........the rest is history!

    barrera vs pacquaio first fight

barrera was looking for a tune up/warm up fight and gave pac what 3-4 weeks notice thinking it would be an easy win for him

boy did pacquaio beat that disgrace, barrera even resorted to throwing head buts at full force

They were both fights he was expected to win handily. He was only coming off a loss againt McBride when he lost to Williams. He beat Ettienne before he fought Danny.

Pavlik v Hopkins is a ridiculous suggestion.

Hopkins was the biggest money fight that Pavlik could have taken on at that time and the biggest challenge available to him. How the **** is that a 'handpicked opponent'?

Khan v Prescott also doesn't count. Nor does Khan v Malignaggi.
