    as long as they fight outside of oakland it could be a great fight

    Kessler-Ward in Atlantic City, New York or London next autumn sound's great

    yeah it totally blows my mind that Bute is ranked so high in the super middleweight division when he has only fought glen johnson. Do I think he's got talent, hell yeah he does but I'm more of a guy who ranks people on accomplishments not on what they could do.

    Ward obviously doesnt want to fight Bute.
    Who will Ward fight that is more accomplished than Bute?

    When you look at who Froch has beaten at SMW, you could arguge B Magee was his win. Pascal didnt do much at SMW, Taylor didnt do much at SMW, Dirrell didnt do much at SMW, Johnson didnt do much at SMW, Abraham didnt do much at SMW, B Magee won the European SMW title and is now WBA Int Champ. I didnt count Reid because he was so faded.
    Other than Kessler, Im not sure what Ward really thinks he has done above Bute. Froch was beaten by Kessler and as noted hasnt beaten anyone who has accomplished much at SMW except B Magee.
    Maybe Wards fans will rush in and answer. Should be amusng

    April timeframe as well, me thinks. Kessler-Stieglitz in Denmark, Bute-Froch in Quebec, Ward-Dog in Oakland.

    If the winners of Kessler-Stieglitz & Bute-Froch are to meet in the US for a unification bout in the summer / fall, who will Ward fight at that point? The loser of Bute-Froch?!? Come on, that loser would be an unworthy son of a *****, don't y'all think!???!

    If Bute beats Froch, which I think he clearly will, then Ward wont fight Bute. If Froch were to beat Bute, Ward would rematch Froch in a heartbeat and unify saying Bute isnt worth it, and Ward fanboys would jump on that. Styles make fights and Ward is terrified of Butes.

    Ward said "nobody can say we're ducking anybody" twice in that interview. I think Goosen needs to get out there and explain where they wanna go with this. To say moving up is on the radar, to say "Bute needs to beat somebody"... is not looking stellar for us boxing fans.

    I would definitely appreciate Goosen going on record to say Ward has a desire of unifying the division. That's all I wanna ****in hear.

    We need that superfight, and for that we need to know if the current #1 ranked in the division wants it.

    And see, I said that in a couple recent SMW threads, got shot at for saying Ward's run didn't necessarily warrant "a long break". :?

    Can't wait to see what the explanation/speech behind facing The Dog Dirrell in Oakland will be, after saying Bute wasn't worth jack. Kessler isn't available before late in the summer at the earliest.

    Well the Dog Dirrell did beat the mighty?????
    I guess they will try and sell the fight on his KO%, which is very made up at this time.
    I dont rate Anthony much. His punches are very wide and predictable, unlike Butes

    I think Kessler will be much better against Ward if they fight! Ward really shocked him by how good he was!! Still think Ward wins but would be far closer similarly if he fought Froch.

    I agree that Bute needs to fight someone with a Name, but he wants the best as quick as he can so who can blame him!!!
