Actually Pacquiao did not come from flyweight. He came from light flyweight and 1 pound away from strawweight.

His entire career he was considered too small to compete with everybody he fought.

When he fought Barrera for the first time everybody thought that was a stupid mismatch of size.

In 2006 we had threads on here asking about Pacquiao's chances against Hatton and Cotto. Those people were ****ted on and called pac****s. Then he destroyed them.

Pacquiao has always defied the odds beating much larger men, savagely and destroying them physically.

he was a typical sized teenager and is now a typical sized adult. You are impressed by the most minuscule of things.

The difference is, Pacquiao is a naturally small guy in his 7th and 8th weight classes. He used to make light flyweight.
Canelo is an absolute weight cutter who probably walks around just over 180lbs between fights.

actually lots of them have bro. In the amateurs, a lot boxing since they were 8 to 10 years old.

When pac filled out his body he got destroyed. He moved up to face slower fighters. This is a fact.

No, I'm pretty sure Pacquiao is the only 8 weight class world champ. And they only man to win a title in 10 weight classes higher than he started in.

he's only a legit champ in 4 of those divisions.

hes the product of good steroid cycling and good matchmaking and that's it.

Because Pacquiao is a small ass dude and Canelo is a fatty holding onto his absurd 155 catchweight because he's afraid of Golovkin.

Pacquiao-Cotto (145, Cotto the bigger man)
Pacquiao-Margarito (150, Margarito came in at 165 pounds)
Pacquiao-Marquez III (144, catchweight demanded by Marquez)
Pacquiao-Algieri (144, Algieri missed weight and came in at 145 and was the much bigger man on fight night)

Canelo = demands a 155 catchweight for his Middleweight Belt while weighing more than Golovkin on fight night

Canelo is a goddamn disgrace. Don't compare the two.

    :nono

His victims include the 2nd best flyweight of the 90s. 2 prime ATG's. A slightly faded ATG. The best 122 pounder in the world. A prime HOF'er named Cotto and an enormous Margarito.

    You've lost your mind.
