That video was taken between round 11 and 12 right after Broner clearly hit Maidana with a very illegal punch after the bell. Where was Cole then? Cameras were on Maidana, the doctor was there checking Maidana after he was hit after the bell. Question is; Why didn't Cole take a point away from Broner for such illegal punch? Broner's referee would have jumped on Maidana's corner for giving his a bottle of pills. How stupid........

Yes, it so appears that Laurence Cole was biased against Maidana. He kept Broner from getting knocked out................

He popped an ammonia pouch (AKA smelling salts) inside the napkin and had Maidana inhale it through his nose to wake him up. Watch the higher quality vid and you can clearly see him positioning something underneath the napkin before he puts it up to Maidana's face. Now watch Maidana's face as he clearly breathes in , his eyes get big and he pushes Ariza's hand away. Anyone who has ever been given one of these bad boys before knows that that's your exact natural reaction to smelling that ****... And I'm very surprised that on a website full of self proclaimed boxing experts with a bunch of guys who claim to have boxed before that so few seem to have the slightest clue what's going on in that video.
