At some point it might be a good idea for wilder to focus on the Fury fight. If I was Hearn I would call his bluff, if the PPV does under 400k buys then Joshua holds all the cards as he then is the proven draw.

Wilder asking for 60/40 or 50/50 is yet more proof that Wilder doesn't want this fight with AJ.
AJ is the A side who attracts the fans, the PPV buys and the belts. Wilder needs to either agree the contract which is currently in front of him or just admit he doesn't want to fight and stop blaming AJ/Hearn and conning the fans!

Wilder has been conning the fans for years. He isn't going to stop anytime soon.

All this will he won't he, A side B side, he's deluded he isn't, blame the pope for it not happening...

    WHO ACTUALLY CARES ANYMORE...

Bollox to the pair of them, there are plenty of better fights to watch than waiting for these two egos to grow a pair and lace them up...

They both give heavyweight boxing a bad name with there relentless avoiding of each other, when they should just get it on like previous fighters from different eras, you know real fighters, not wusses .

Eddie said he was having good conversations with Haymons people, so who cares what Wilder said in some interview which means nothing in relation to any serious negotiations.

    Please.

If AJ did an interview saying he wants 70/30 you would be all over it

Not really, I’ve gone past all this tbh. I only needed to listen to what barry Hearn said about advising AJ not to fight Wilder and that he doesn’t care if it never happens to understand all this talk is just nonsense and hot air.

I vaguely recall him doing one saying he'd accept instantly if 50M was on the table and...well...

But, but “he can’t fight on BT so it’s void” The AJ/Hearn bum
Boys will scream...as they have zero common sense, so they don’t understand that sky or any potential broadcaster would have had opportunity to bid for the fight and may well have beaten BT.

I agree but they never sent a contract with such an offer so they were at it. At same time AJ and his team did say they would fight in America for 50m and when it looked possible started changing the tune to we will only fight in the UK. Add to fact Wilders team agreed terms to fight in UK and then would not sign a contract with agreed terms. To sum it up on a nutshell, evidence suggests both teams thus far have been avoiding the fight.

Both been at it no doubt but I feel Hearn's side have ZERO interest in the fight within a year or so, whereas Wilder's side appear more willing IMO (though still with difficulty in negotiation)
