To be fair to BM, I remember watching an interview where Floyd mentions Mayfield and Berto and the reporters snickered and he still had a serious expression so it's not far fetched to assume by 'thought he was joking' it suggests they laughed at it.

 

If Mayweather is going to waste everyone's time with this fight let him just retire when it's over. He doesn't want to fight against the best anymore. Berto is 3-3 in his last six fights. He also has been busted using PEDS which makes Floyd a hypocrite for fighting him over more deserving clean fighters. Total sham.
