Duran Leonard 1 really is (as a poster i don't remember the name of unfortunately) the best of boxing in my opinion.

And i know it's talked about 'too much', but in all fairness, Hagler-Hearns is amazing.

By the way i thought the decision in Leonard-Hearns 2 was fair.

Duran-Leonard 1 for me. Hearns-Leonard 1 is my 2nd fave, with Hagler vs Hearns 3rd.

Most impressive display is a toss-up between Duran being the first man to beat Ray Leonard and Hearns pole-axing the iron chinned boxing genius Duran.

My favourite ko of all time still by the way, can't deny it. (Hearns-Duran)

I think every bout on there, should get at least a vote (Duran/LeonardIII being the exception to prove the rule), they all had their plus points, and all sold the sport to the newcomer or undecided fan.

Ouch, the right hand was awesome, and Duran must of broken his nose in the fall.

Sure Hagler had a great chin, but there was no way he could take that power, right?;)

I like the Duran one better than the Cuevas one though. The Cuevas one is one of the funnies though, like Tszyu-Judah.

Shuler was another cr@cker. People were wondering whether Hearns could cut it at 160 after the Hagler loss......

But compared to Berbick (verses Tyson)....

As the late, great British Commentator Reg Gutteridge said:

"He (Berbick) is like a baby in a play Pen!"

Arguably the last proper prime Hitman right hand.

Although Dennis Andries (round 5) and to a point Andrew Maynard, may indeed, argue with my statement!!!!!

    Classic.

Maybe it's a bit sadistic, but Cooper's bow and arrow creation by way of separating Joe Erskine from his senses anyone?

Being a Duran nut i'd be expected 2 go 4 Leonard/Duran 1 but i've opted 4 Hagler/Hearns as i saw that one live at 5.30am in Portsmouth guildhall with 3,000 others:smoke Yer could'nt here the commentary what for the screaming, it's still just like 5 minutes ago:good

There all close, but i agree that the Leonard/Duran 3 was a shocker & a crusher seeing as it was my 1st trip 2 Vegas, we were all convinced that Leonard was going 2 stand & fight seeing as Leonard said he had unfinished bizzness with Duran & he wanted 2 revenge Montreal in style, Yeh Right:roll:
