    Darch v Donaire was flyweight.

I've read and watched my fair shares but I'm more of a "fall for the hype" type of guy. And when I see a fight live it contains an advantage that no amount if technical proficiency can ever overcome.

Seriously, being wowed by donaire starching montiel who I was well high on, no past bantamweight fight will ever replace that feeling.

The only exception, you'll notice, is Hagler v hearns but that might as well have been live. My very first forray into boxing history (as in the first fights i watched from before the 90's) where all the fab 4 fights. I knew nothing other than the name of Leonard, so i knew none of the results. All had that live fight feeling to me and the brutal destruction of Hagler over Hearns was truly amazing. Leonard v Hearns nearly made my list but seeing that 6th round when Margo started finding some success and Cotto had a look in his eyes like "wtf, I've hit this man with everything" from then on it was a beatdown. Great stuff.

As i say, the buzz of seeing a fight unfold without knowing the result beats classic boxing every time for me.

Aaron Pryor's cornerman in the Arguello fight was Panama Lewis, the man who gave Luis Resto the plaster of paris gloves. In the end of round 13 of the fight, Panama Lewis put PED's in Aaron Pryor's drink and he became rejuvenated for round 14 and this caused him to beat Arguello. True story.

    Damn heavyweight has stumped me...

Foreman/Moorer because it was one of the first fights I'd ever watched
Tyson/Holyfield probably the first big mainstream upset I ever watched
    Ali/Frazier because it's Ali/Frazier.....
